STEP 3-PAY DEPOSIT. If you are sending the printed wedding agreement, you can pay your wedding deposit now by clicking on "Add to Cart" at right. Pay Your Deposit The $200 wedding deposit secures your wedding day. We do not take any other appointments on that day. The amount of the deposit is fully applied to your wedding package. This deposit is applied to the amount of your wedding package, which must be paid in full a week before the wedding. If you require more photographic coverage than is allotted in your package, the rate will be $65.00 per half hour. It is the responsibility of the wedding party to be ready for photography at the appointed time. This contract constitutes an agreement for wedding photography. It is understood that any and all proofs, sample prints and negatives remain property of Shutterbugz Photography unless the digital negatives are purchased or included in the wedding package chosen. Although every effort will be made with all aspects of the photographic process, Shutterbugz Photography and the photographer limits liability to deliver photographs to a return of all deposits made. It is understood that no other professional photographer, shall be allowed to photograph while we are working. It is your responsibility to make sure that any amateur photographer or videographer does not interfere with the photographic process. Shutterbugz Photography reserves the right to use images for any display samples or marketing purposes. Upon payment of deposit, a Shutterbugz photographer reserves the time listed and will not make other appointments for that date and time.
